Oil on canvas 24x36 Whatever your interpretation of this one is, is correct. We all feel this at some time in our life.. click on gallery for larger image
20x30 oil on canvas...This one was a lot of fun. I did it vertical because to me it's a vertical city. You feel closed in when walking in the street and the only extended veiw you have is when you look up. One is overpowered by the height of those buildings...in fact, I use to think of myself as an little insignificant ant among other insignificent ants when I walked on those streets. If you want to veiw it larger go to my gallery and click on the picture.. Hope you enjoy it
"Color In Motion" ( no permission to use elsewhere)
Just completed this one. It's 24x36 oil on canvas. It's an "in-your- face" painting but at the same time it's calming. I think it has to do with the movement in the painting. click on gallery to see it larger sized.
"Imagining" is 14x18 oil on canvas. This was done for a show with the theme Blue. I decided to do the emotion instead of the color. The end results sure is a sad woman. You just want to put your arms around her and tell her things will get better. It was draining to paint but it's done! Click on gallery for a larger image
This is a big one....48x24 and it took me a while to do. I named it "Inside Out" because this has been inside me for years and it's finally out! I'm happy about it however I can't show it as it's too big for the size requirement for shows. All comments appreciated. Click on gallery for larger size
